STAN provides guided job scoping and intake on behalf of participating home-service contractors, delivered through mobile web after a billboard data-feed link or QR scan. By using the service you agree to these terms.
STAN collects project details only. Nothing in an intake is a quote, an estimate, or professional trade advice, and completing one does not create a work contract. All pricing and agreements are confirmed directly by the contractor. If you smell gas, see sparking, or have active flooding, stop and call 911 or your utility before using this service.
Job-board access is governed by the contractor’s partnership agreement with Client Intake Solutions. Contractor users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for using job data in compliance with applicable licensing and consumer-protection law.
Don’t submit false jobs, impersonate others, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
By providing your mobile number during an intake, you consent to receive text messages from STAN related to your job — confirmation, a secure link to your job file, and follow-up from the receiving contractor. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that any contractor will accept a job, and we aren’t responsible for the work contractors perform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAN’s liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid to us for it.
