This policy covers two groups: homeowners who reach STAN from a billboard and scope a job, and contractor users who access the job board. The principle is simple — your information goes to the contractor you contacted, and nowhere else.
When you scope a job, STAN collects what you choose to provide: your name and contact information, a description of the problem, photos and video you take, property and access details, and urgency. The scan or feed tap itself logs the time, general location, and the specific billboard placement — that’s how the job is attributed to the board that brought you in.
Your job file is delivered to one destination: the contractor whose billboard you responded to. We do not sell your information, shop your job to multiple companies, or run a bidding marketplace. Aggregated, de-identified performance data (responses, booked jobs by placement) is shared with the contractor and its media partner to measure the boards themselves — never your identity or your job details.
Each contractor’s data lives in its own scoped account on the Client Intake Solutions platform. Contractor users see only their own company’s jobs. Our staff access is limited to what’s required to operate and support the service.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Job records are retained for as long as the receiving contractor’s account requires them, then deleted on a scheduled basis. You may request a copy of your job file, or its deletion, at any time.
STAN scopes jobs and collects project details. He does not provide quotes, pricing, or professional trade advice, and completing an intake does not create a contract with any company. Pricing and work agreements happen directly with the contractor.
